Returns & Replacements 

Return/Exchange requests need to be raised within 1 day from the date of delivery.
Returns can be raised over email – help@aegletoys.com or Whatsapp – +91 8122726514.
Only accepting returns due to defects from our end or transit damage and shipping charges will not be deducted. Unpacking Video must for any claims
Due to hygiene reason teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return process will be briefed directly over call, whatsapp or email once the request is accepted.
In case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and the amount will be refunded back. You can place a new order from your end.
Refunds will be initiated within 48hrs(Prepaid orders) and 7 days(COD orders) once the product is received back at our facility.
Order cancellation request needs to be made within before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
