How do I cancel my order/change my address?

You write to us on support@aegletoys.com /you can whatsapp us on +918122726514 with the order id . If the order is not dispatched then we shall have it processed accordingly for cancellation.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process and Courier. Pre-orders will be delivered according to the stipulate time mentioned on the products .

Special message or gift wrapping the products?

Once you add to cart you will have the option for adding a notes in the order.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website.
